Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day office operations, including managing supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Serve as primary point of contact for emails, phone calls, and visitor management
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems for administrative and financial records
- Prepare BOQ for home automation quotes
- Process and verify vendor invoices, track purchase orders, and follow up on client payments
- Record daily financial transactions into accounting databases or spreadsheets
- Manage employee expense reports, petty cash, and vendor disbursement
- Assist in processing payroll, managing attendance logs, and coordinating with external tax or audit firms
Requirements
- 2+ years of admin and accounts experience
- Available in UAE for immediate joining
- Admin experience in real estate firms preferred
- Own visa preferred
