Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates
- Explain repair recommendations and maintenance requirements clearly to customers
- Liaise between customers and workshop technicians throughout the repair process
- Order, identify, and source automotive parts as required
- Prepare quotations and obtain customer approvals for repairs
- Schedule workshop bookings and manage vehicle progress
- Ensure all work orders, invoices, and documentation are completed accurately
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair status and completion times
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prepare quotations and manage repair estimates
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Experience using workshop management systems
- Fluent in English
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
- Experience working with Mercedes Benz or other European vehicle brands
- Knowledge of Mercedes Benz electronic parts catalogues (EPC) and workshop systems
- Experience in automotive warranty administration
- Strong sales and upselling skills
