Job Description
An experienced and highly skilled Automotive Painter is sought for a professional auto repair team in Dubai.
The role requires independently completing the full painting process from surface preparation and colour matching through paint application, polishing, and final quality inspection.
Experience with luxury, sports, and high-end vehicles is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle body panels and assess required preparation and painting work.
- Prepare panels by removing old paint, corrosion, scratches, and surface imperfections; perform sanding, filling, putty application, and levelling.
- Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, clear coats, and other preparation materials; mask trim, glass, lights, and interior components.
- Mix and apply solid, metallic, pearl, and multi-stage automotive paint systems.
- Perform full-panel painting, complete vehicle resprays, spot repairs, paint blending, wet sanding, polishing, and finishing.
- Operate spray guns, paint booths, sanding machines, polishing equipment, and other refinishing tools safely.
