- Operate a new CAT 6.5’ 800 HP asphalt mill (automatic controls).
- Mill commercial parking lots & private roads.
- Assist with unloading/cleaning equipment & routine maintenance.
- Work under a foreman as part of a dedicated team.
- Prior asphalt milling experience (required).
- Safety-focused, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Able to work 40–60 hrs/week during the 8-month season.
- $25–$35/hr, weekly pay.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Newer equipment, minimal weekends/out-of-town work.
- Career growth within a family business that’s expanding.
