Role Overview

The Experience Design Senior Associate will shape user experience through strategic design initiatives that combine business needs with user insights.

The role leads strategically important initiatives, develops innovative solutions, and guides experience design across products and services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop design and research strategies for complex projects across multiple product areas.
  • Align design work with business objectives and user needs.
  • Diagram service flows and product features and create wireframes and interaction prototypes.
  • Lead end-to-end design initiatives within a specific domain.
  • Drive inclusive design and accessibility practices and mentor junior designers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into product development.
  • Use market trends, user research, and data insights to inform design decisions and optimize experiences.
  • Use AI tools to create design assets and front-end code.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bring at least 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design or similar roles.
  • Create visual representations of user journeys, including storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Apply inclusive design and accessibility guidelines to design solutions.
  • Develop customer-centered experiences, transformational innovation strategies, and north star representations.
  • Demonstrate advanced technical literacy across client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and technology-stack components.
  • Have experience with AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Design leadership or managerial experience is preferred.
  • Front-end coding skills are preferred.
