Role overview
Support the Private Bank enterprise design system across digital products.
Create and maintain scalable, accessible design solutions that improve consistency and delivery quality.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to evolve patterns, components, and guidelines.
Job responsibilities
- Curate shared design experiences and apply design patterns across digital products.
- Develop wireframes, visual studies, motion studies, and prototypes.
- Write and improve UX documentation.
- Maintain Figma libraries and enhance existing components and patterns.
- Design new components and patterns aligned with the toolkit.
- Present work and recommendations to the design organization.
- Drive adoption of design patterns with design leads and stakeholders.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
Required qualifications
- Relevant design degree, credible design bootcamp certification, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of enterprise, system-level, or design systems experience.
- Experience with user-centered and human-centered design approaches.
- Strong interaction design and visual/UI skills.
- Experience collaborating across design and software engineering teams.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Portfolio available for review.
Additional skills
- Information architecture, user research, UX writing, and prototyping are adjacent skills for the role.
- Ability to synthesize complex and competing needs is required.
- Clear verbal and written communication of design rationale is required.
