- Work collaboratively with multiple departments in a fast paced creative environment

Role Overview
- We’re looking for Emiratis to join our Experience and Curation teams — individuals who are curious, creative, culturally aware, and excited by the idea of shaping moments that people remember.
- This role offers hands on exposure to the world of large scale events, festivals, immersive experiences, and cultural programming across the United Arab Emirates.
- You’ll work closely with industry professionals, creatives, strategists, and project teams across real projects and live events.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Support the Experience and Curation teams with research, creative thinking, and idea development
- Assist with planning and coordination across live projects, activations, and events
- Help source inspiration, trends, talent, cultural references, and audience insights
- Support on ground event delivery and guest experience during live events
- Assist with presentations, moodboards, schedules, and project organisation

Requirements
- Emirati / United Arab Emirates National
- Recent graduate in events, marketing, communications, media, business, arts, hospitality, or related fields
- Fluent in English
- Based in United Arab Emirates
- Passionate about events, culture, and creativity
