Location and working pattern

• The role is based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

Core responsibilities

• Oversee and triage healthcare professional enquiries through programme email inboxes and telephone lines.
• Work with Project Management to understand KPIs and deliverables for each programme.
• Support prescribing physicians and pharmacists and escalate medical queries when necessary.
• Manage qualification processes according to SOPs and Good Distribution Practices.
• Oversee hospital and wholesaler accounts, including setup and revalidation.
• Manage healthcare professional requests and patient enrolment under programme and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate regulatory, quality, supply chain, legal pathway, and importation activities.
• Process sales orders through the ERP system for billing.
