- Design and develop automotive exhaust systems and components using CATIA V5.
- Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings .
- Develop exhaust routing and packaging considering vehicle architecture and available space.
- Perform DMU, clearance, interference, and accessibility checks .
- Ensure adequate clearance from the engine, transmission, fuel system, brake lines, wiring, body, suspension, and other vehicle systems .
- Support ECR/ECN and engineering change activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers for component development, tooling, manufacturing feasibility, and technical issue resolution.
- Design exhaust component
