Experienced showroom sales role with Barugzai Motors.
The position focuses on assisting customers, closing vehicle sales, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, and available offers.
- Negotiate deals and close sales professionally.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and professional presentation.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- At least three years of sales experience in a car showroom is mandatory.
- Candidates must speak Russian, Kazakh, or Uzbek.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A customer-focused and target-driven mindset is required.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals is required.
- English is required.
