You will serve as a trusted partner to the VP, Operational Excellence and Talent Enablement; VP, HR Business Partners; and SVP, Total Rewards — helping manage calendars, meetings, communications, travel, expenses, documentation, timekeeping support, and follow-up activities with discretion and professionalism.
Why This Role

• Serve as a central point of contact, triaging requests and escalating sensitive or complex matters appropriately.

• Minimum of 5 years of administrative, executive assistant, or executive coordination experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or multiple executives in a confidential HR, healthcare, finance, or business environment preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, discretion, follow-through, and Microsoft Office skills.
