Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to drive the commercial growth of BOF Tech's market intelligence and AI product
suite.
The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a natural ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business
value for financial sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and trading firms
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract negotiation and close
- Articulate the value proposition of BOF Tech's AI and market intelligence solutions to decision-makers
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
- Collaborate with the product and technology teams to align client feedback with roadmap priorities
- Represent BOF Tech at industry conferences, events, and client meetings
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling data, SaaS, or financial technology solutions
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Understanding of financial markets and the needs of institutional clients
- Strong commercial instinct, resilience, and ability to work independently
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Salary
10,000 – 15,000 AED per month + Commissions
