Executive / Sr. Executive – Designer (Draftsman)

• Prepare shop, fabrication, installation, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Create floor plans, elevations, sections, joinery, and stone layout drawings.
• Develop cutting plans to optimize material usage and reduce wastage.
• Revise drawings based on client, consultant, and site feedback.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Production, and Factory teams.
• Attend project kick-off meetings and resolve drawing-related technical queries.
• Conduct site visits to verify measurements and update drawings according to actual site conditions.
• Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and digital records.
• Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
• Recommend improvements to drafting standards and workflows.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of drafting/design experience.
• Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or architectural projects preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); SketchUp/Revit knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, construction methods, and drafting standards.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Pay: AED4,106.75 - AED5,500.00 per month
