Job Role and Description
- This is a full time on site role for an Executive Secretary, located in MUSSAFAH, ICAD III.
- The Secretary should have experience in supporting procurement activities, including negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable service for the organization.
- Excellent in professional email communication and efficient inbox management.
Qualifications
- Writes clear, well structured, and professional emails
- Manages inboxes efficiently, including sorting, prioritizing, and responding on time
- Uses email tools (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) confidently
