Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive Executive Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and communication on behalf of executives
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners
  • Assist in planning events, conferences, and executive level activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Perform general office duties as assigned
