- Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks including scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records for senior leadership

- Support company secretarial work by preparing documentation, assisting with reports, and organizing board or committee materials
- Provide front line customer service to visitors and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and efficient office environment

- Strong clerical skills including document preparation, filing, data entry, and calendar management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in company secretarial work such as organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining corporate records
- Skilled in executive administrative assistance, including prioritizing tasks, supporting senior leaders, and handling confidential information
- Solid customer service skills with focus on responsiveness and problem solving
- Proficiency in office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendar tools) and general IT literacy
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in an executive assistant or executive secretary role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
