Job Overview

  • Rothana is a company established in 2013, distributing medical, cosmetic, and nutritional products across EMEA.
  • We are looking for a Secretary to the CEO to provide daily support and help with administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO with daily operations and follow ups
  • Support in coordinating distribution and supply activities
  • Prepare and organize documents (contracts, agreements, reports)
  • Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, and appointments
  • Take meeting notes and ensure follow up actions are completed
  • Communicate with partners and distributors as needed

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to support daily needs

Location & Work Arrangement

  • Off site (Dubai | Work from home) with weekly meeting
