Role Description
Yoland Specialist Polyclinic is looking for a professional and highly organized Executive Secretary to join our team in Dubai.
This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting executive management, coordinating administrative operations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare professional emails, reports, letters, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate communication between management, medical departments, and external parties
- Monitor and follow up on management tasks, approvals, and operational requirements
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documentation
- Support daily executive and administrative operations
- Handle inquiries and provide professional administrative support
Qualifications & Requirements

- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- 2–4 years of experience in executive administration, secretarial, or office management roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional communication and correspondence skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic environment is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: AED 4,000 – AED 8,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
