Responsibilities
- Drive sales and brand presence in hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering outlets.
- Identify and approach new Horeca clients, manage existing customer accounts, and achieve sales targets for BBG’s health food and premium snack portfolio.
- Conduct sales visits, present product ranges, negotiate pricing and contracts within company guidelines, and ensure timely order processing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, attend industry events when needed, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the Horeca or food & beverage sector, preferably in distribution or FMCG.
- Strong relationship building and account management skills, with the ability to develop and retain key Horeca clients.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with confidence in meeting decision makers at hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and basic CRM or sales reporting tools.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is an advantage, particularly in relation to HACCP and ISO compliant operations.
- High level of self motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently in an on site, field focused role.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages relevant to the Qatar market are a plus.
- Valid driving license in Qatar and willingness to travel within Doha and surrounding areas for client visits.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
