Epasero Group, on behalf of one of its companies, Trivto, is seeking a full-time Executive Sales Representative to join its team on-site in Dubai, UAE.
Trivto is a corporate travel management platform that helps businesses simplify and manage company travel through centralized booking, streamlined expense management, and real-time reporting.
The platform enables organizations to efficiently manage flights, hotels, and travel policies while improving visibility and reducing travel costs.
Role Description
The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and confident in engaging with prospective clients while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to companies to connect with decision-makers responsible for travel and expense management
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, both online and in person
- Follow up with prospects, address customer inquiries, and close new business opportunities
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline while tracking progress daily
- Collaborate with the product team by sharing customer feedback, needs, and feature requests to support continuous platform improvement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Calculate ROI and assist in the increase of profitability through client pricing
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proven experience in sales and account management, 4+
- Experience in selling software or technology (B2B) will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English, fluency in Arabic will be considered a big advantage for this role
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, contact lists and Ticketing systems
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and seize business opportunities
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
