Role Description

  • The Executive Sales Representative is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding PVF’s client base.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct sales presentations, and promote the firm’s financial services and advisory solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal advisory teams, stay informed about market trends and PVF products, maintain accurate sales records, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in networking events and client meetings to strengthen PVF’s presence in the market.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in consultative sales, client relationship management, and business development within financial services.
  • Ability to understand and communicate financial planning, investment, and corporate advisory concepts clearly to diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Effective negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a target driven environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant sales or finance certifications are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in financial brokerage, banking, investment, or advisory roles, ideally within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Comfort working on site in Dubai and collaborating with cross functional teams in a multicultural environment.
  • High ethical standards, commitment to client confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
