Executive Sales Representative

Urgently hiring a high-performing Sales Representative for a premium window solutions company in Dubai.

We are

, a company that pioneered interior soundproof window systems in Dubai.

Since 2023, we’ve been helping residents, hotels, and developers eliminate noise and upgrade their spaces with premium solutions.

We are not looking for a typical salesperson.

We need someone who knows how to

open doors, build trust, and close real deals

.

What you’ll do:

— Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential buildings, hotels, and developers

— Work directly with decision-makers: building management, developers, real estate professionals

— Conduct client meetings and site visits

— Lead the full sales cycle: from first contact to signed contract

— Prepare commercial proposals with the technical team

— Manage pipeline and follow-ups without losing momentum

— Track market trends and uncover new opportunities

Who we’re looking for:

— Minimum 3 years of sales experience (UAE market preferred)

— Existing network with developers / building management is a strong advantage

— Strong English communication (Arabic is a plus)

— UAE driving license and own car are mandatory

— Self-driven, disciplined, result-oriented

— Base salary:

— Uncapped commission (realistic earnings: AED 10,000–20,000+ and higher)

— Field-based role with real client interaction

— 6 days a week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
