Position Summary

Guest and Sales Duties

• Contact relevant departments to resolve guest requests or problems.
• Determine and provide complimentary rewards or gifts for guest patronage.
• Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
• Process Marriott Rewards redemption requests.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software.
• Answer, record, and process guest calls and concerns.
• Perform filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and related office support duties.

Workplace and Team Duties

• Assist management in training and motivating employees and serve as a role model.
• Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect confidential information and company assets.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and respond with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally and prepare accurate written documents.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Monitor performance to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is specified.
