Position Summary
Support guest calls, requests, reservations, loyalty redemptions, and sales-related service needs at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts.
Use sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Contact Sales, Data Administration, Accounting, or other departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
- Answer, record, and process guest calls, questions, requests, and concerns.
- Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
- Perform filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and other general office duties for Sales and Marketing.
- Assist management in training and motivating employees and serve as a role model.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their service needs, and address concerns professionally.
- Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
- Monitor performance to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least two years of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed.
- No license or certification is listed.
Schedule and Workplace
- The schedule is full time.
- The position is located at Palm Jumeirah in Dubai and is not remote.
- The role involves in-person guest service and office duties in a hotel environment.
