Sales and guest-service role supporting revenue growth, reservations, loyalty-program requests, and guest concerns.

- On-site role at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

Core Responsibilities
- Use sales techniques and upselling to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
- Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, questions, and concerns.
- Process Marriott Rewards redemptions and enter loyalty information into the appropriate software.
- Perform office administration such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing for Sales and Marketing.
Guest and Team Support
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, address concerns, and provide genuine appreciation.
- Assist management in training and motivating employees and serve as a role model.
- Maintain professional communication, positive working relationships, confidentiality, and company standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience is specified.
- No license or certification is specified.
