Position Summary
Support guest calls, requests, questions, concerns, and reservation activity.
Use sales techniques, including upselling, to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty.
Provide guest service while supporting hotel Sales and Marketing operations.
Guest and Sales Duties
- Contact relevant departments to resolve guest requests or problems.
- Determine and provide complimentary rewards or gifts for guest patronage.
- Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
- Process Marriott Rewards redemption requests.
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.
- Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software.
- Answer, record, and process guest calls and concerns.
- Perform filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and related office support duties.
