Position Summary

Support hotel sales and guest service operations at St. Regis Palm Jumeirah.

Use sales techniques and upselling to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.

Provide professional support for guest calls, reservations, requests, and concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Contact Sales, Data Administration, Accounting, or other departments to resolve guest issues.
  • Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
  • Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software.
  • Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
  • Answer, record, and process guest calls, questions, requests, and concerns.
  • Perform filing, email, typing, faxing, and other Sales and Marketing office duties.
  • Assist management with training and motivating employees and serve as a role model.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally and prepare accurate written documents.
  • Monitor performance against quality expectations and standards.
  • Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Workplace and Schedule

  • The position is located at Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The schedule is full time.
  • The position is not remote.
