Position Summary

Full-time, non-management Sales Executive position supporting hotel Sales and Marketing operations.

The role handles guest calls and reservations, supports revenue generation, and provides guest service in a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve guest calls, requests, and problems with appropriate departments.
  • Use sales techniques and upselling to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
  • Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and Marriott Rewards requests.
  • Answer and record guest calls, questions, and concerns.
  • Perform filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and other Sales and Marketing office duties.
  • Assist with employee training and motivation and monitor quality standards.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and communicate professionally.
  • Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
  • Perform physical duties involving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • At least two years of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is specified.
