Position Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Contact Sales, Data Administration, Accounting, or other departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
• Use sales techniques and upselling to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Process guest complimentary rewards, Marriott Rewards redemptions, and reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Answer, record, and process guest calls, questions, requests, and concerns.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Perform filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and other office duties for Sales and Marketing.
• Assist management with training and motivating employees and monitor performance against quality expectations.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, communicate professionally, and support team goals.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors, including handling items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• At least 2 years of related work experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No supervisory experience is required or listed.
• No license or certification is listed.

Workplace and Schedule

• The schedule is full time.
• The role is not remote and is located at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
