UL Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Manager to own and lead the global executive recruiting process and operating model.
This highly visible role is the enterprise lead for executive recruiting, setting global strategy, standards, governance, and ways of working across regions.
The role will directly execute Director, Senior Director, and Vice President level searches across the Americas while providing global process leadership and serving as the lead of leads for Talent Acquisition partners supporting executive hiring in EMEA and APAC.
This individual is accountable for creating a consistent, scalable, and high-quality executive recruiting experience worldwide.
They will establish the global framework, clarify roles and decision rights, drive adoption of common processes and tools, and align regional execution to enterprise standards.
Success requires deep executive recruiting expertise, strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to lead through influence across a complex global matrix organization.
