Role Overview
We are looking for a Quality Executive to support food safety and quality assurance across production and supply chain operations at Pluckk. The role involves executing QA processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, assisting in audits, and maintaining accurate quality records.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Support internal and external audits (HACCP, FSSAI, ISO).
- Assist in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective actions (CAPA).
- Maintain QA documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure end-to-end quality control.
- Identify and support quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- 0–4 years in food quality assurance/control.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000.
- Exposure to audits, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
