- Monitor the implementation of the Direct Manager's decisions and directives
- Manage and oversee strategic projects and initiatives
- Coordinate and collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth execution of business objectives
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress reports
- Attend meetings, document discussions, and follow up on action items
- Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to support decision making
- Identify project risks and challenges and recommend appropriate mitigation actions
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
- 3–6 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills
