Role Overview
Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited is seeking an experienced Production Executive for specialty chemical manufacturing facilities.
The role leads operations in pilot plant and distillation units and requires strong technical expertise and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Production Responsibilities
- Oversee production processes in pilot plant and distillation units.
- Ensure high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage production schedules and optimize resource utilization.
- Supervise junior staff and lead production activities.
- Scale up chemical processes from laboratory to pilot plant level.
- Troubleshoot production processes and technical issues.
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. Chemistry or B.E. Chemical degree.
- Seven to nine years of relevant industrial experience.
- Proven track record in pilot plant or distillation operations.
- At least two years of stability in one previous organization.
- Strong process troubleshooting and leadership abilities.
