Job Summary

  • The Executive – HR & PR is responsible for managing all government related processes and providing comprehensive HR support to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, JAFZA regulations, and company policies.
  • The role serves as the key liaison between the company and government authorities while supporting recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

Public Relations (PR) Duties

  • Act as the primary liaison with JAFZA/MOHRE authorities, immigration departments, labor authorities, and other UAE government entities.
  • Process and renew employment visas, residence permits, Emirates IDs, labor cards, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding formalities with relevant authorities.
  • Manage company trade license renewals, permits, registrations, and other regulatory requirements within JAFZA/MOHRE.
  • Track visa quotas and maintain accurate records of employee immigration status.
  • Ensure timely renewal of company and employee related documents to avoid penalties.
  • Handle attestation, notarization, document legalization, and other government related procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government departments and service providers.
  • Keep management informed of changes in UAE labor, immigration, and JAFZA/MOHRE regulations.

Human Resources (HR) Duties

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and employee related correspondence.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with company policies.
  • Administer employee onboarding
