Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with JAFZA/MOHRE authorities, immigration departments, labor authorities, and other UAE government entities
- Process and renew employment visas, residence permits, Emirates IDs, labor cards, and related documentation
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding formalities with relevant authorities
- Manage company trade license renewals, permits, registrations, and other regulatory requirements within JAFZA/MOHRE
- Track visa quotas and maintain accurate records of employee immigration status
- Ensure timely renewal of company and employee related documents to avoid penalties
- Handle attestation, notarization, document legalization, and other government related procedures
- Maintain strong relationships with government departments and service providers
- Keep management informed of changes in UAE labor, immigration, and JAFZA/MOHRE regulations
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and employee related correspondence
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with company policies
Requirements
- 3 6 years of experience in HR and public relations roles in UAE
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration, and JAFZA/MOHRE regulations
- Experience with visa processing, Emirates ID, and labor card applications
- Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding

Job Summary
