A Typical Day Includes

  • Understand clients’ business objectives and support the translation of these goals into strategic media plans.
  • Identify and coordinate all required components to deliver comprehensive and effective media plans.
  • Contribute creative ideas and strategic recommendations to meet client objectives.
  • Analyze research data and media performance, extract key insights, and support client reporting.
  • Utilize planning, research, and analytics tools to develop media plans and support new business pitches.
  • Recommend appropriate media channels and solutions aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using planning and research tools to ensure effective delivery.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of campaigns.
  • Support client communication by sharing updates, insights, and performance results as required.
  • Stay informed on media industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and additional responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in media planning, including internship or executive level exposure.
  • Basic knowledge of media planning and research tools (e.g., OP TV, CWEB, Optinet, Statex, Google Analytics, TGI, Brand Index, Euromonitor).
  • Understanding of the media landscape, including traditional and digital media channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Confidence in communicating with stakeholders across different levels of seniority, including clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.
