Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
  • Prepare meeting summaries, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate communication and activities across group companies and entities.
  • Monitor deadlines and provide proactive reminders.
  • Support recruitment processes and coordinate with external partners.
  • Arrange travel logistics and manage international travel schedules.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive documents.
  • Screen incoming requests and prioritize access to the Founder.
  • Follow up with stakeholders and escalate unresolved matters when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic, English, and French is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives or founders.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong follow up abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, multi business environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
