Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule
- Handle and organize emails, follow ups, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder
- Coordinate meetings, calls, travel arrangements, and business priorities
- Track tasks, reminders, deadlines, and pending actions across multiple companies
- Support communication with internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors
- Prepare basic reports, documents, meeting notes, and follow up summaries
- Ensure the Founder’s day is planned, organized, and running smoothly
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Proactively identify what needs attention without waiting to be reminded
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Founder’s Office support
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage emails, calendars, and multiple priorities efficiently
- Calm, mature, and solution oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and systematic way of working
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Professional attitude, discretion, and reliability
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Must be Dubai based

We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to the Founder
- 10 Hydrogen is looking for an experienced, highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our Founder across multiple business interests, including 10 Hydrogen, HelpXpat Relocations and HelpExpat Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments and daily schedule.
