- ***We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support the Owner in managing multiple businesses, including a beauty salon and other ongoing ventures in Dubai.***
- *Responsibilities:*
- Manage the Owner’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate business and personal tasks efficiently
- Handle calls, emails, and communication in a professional manner
- Assist with operational follow-ups across different businesses
- Coordinate with staff, suppliers, clients, and external parties
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations when required
- Support with errands, travel arrangements, and administrative duties
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- *Requirements:*
- Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Valid UAE driving license is required
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
