Executive- Performance Media

NMIMS CDOE is looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Performance Media Executive to drive lead generation and business growth through digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale performance campaigns across multiple biddable platforms, with a strong understanding of tracking, analytics, optimization, and agency management.

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Drive quality lead generation while achieving business KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.

Develop full-funnel digital media strategies aligned with business and admission goals.

Continuously optimize campaigns through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative testing, landing page insights, and budget allocation.

Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities using data-driven insights.

Manage campaign tracking and measurement through Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate implementation of events, conversions, and attribution.

Create and maintain performance dashboards and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Coordinate closely with the media agency to ensure timely campaign execution, optimization, troubleshooting, and delivery of agreed KPIs.

• Collaborate with creative, content, product, and web teams for campaign launches, landing page improvements, and conversion optimization.
• Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for audience acquisition and campaign growth.
• Ensure campaign governance, budget pacing, quality checks, and compliance with platform policies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, audience targeting, remarketing, campaign measurement, and user journey optimization.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels to improve campaign performance.
• Expertise in campaign planning, budget allocation, bid strategy optimization, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, website analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
• Working knowledge of ad serving platforms and digital marketing technologies.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and online marketing measurement best practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the Education/EdTech sector will be an added advantage.

Requirements- Education & work experience

• Graduate or PG/MBA

Google Certification or a Certification in Digital Marketing from a reputable institute will be an added advantage.

Minimum 2 to 4 years of working in agency/brand handling online media campaigns work or digital marketing.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Highly data-oriented with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous learning and digital innovation.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
