We are looking for a talented and passionate Executive Pastry Chef to lead and elevate our pastry program across our concepts.
We are seeking a creative professional with strong leadership skills, refined technical expertise, and a deep passion for artisanal desserts, viennoiserie, and modern pastry innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the pastry kitchen operations and team management
- Develop and innovate dessert, bakery, and pastry menus
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality standards
- Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier coordination
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen compliance standards
- Train and mentor pastry staff while fostering a positive kitchen culture
- Collaborate with management on seasonal offerings and brand development
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef
- Strong background in high-volume restaurants, cafés, or hospitality groups
- Expertise in modern pastry techniques, breads, viennoiserie, and plated desserts
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
- UAE experience is an advantage
