- Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate business activities across departments.
- Support senior management with operational planning, execution, and progress tracking.
- Establish operational processes, procedures, and working systems.
- Monitor tasks, projects, deadlines, resources, and business priorities.
- Coordinate with teams, external partners, suppliers, and service providers.
- Review performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and management summaries.
- Support business initiatives and operational projects.
