This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role, it sits at the intersection of logistics, finance, legal infrastructure, and executive support, and it directly enables the company's commercial and growth objectives.

You will manage a broad and complex portfolio of responsibilities across offices in Tirana, Prishtina, New York, and Milan, coordinating everything from executive travel and client events to business registrations and internal tooling.

You'll work closely with the CEO and COO, and you'll be trusted to own workstreams end-to-end with minimal supervision.
