Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder on business operations and strategic initiatives
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Support coordination across marketing, social media, e commerce, hospitality, and brand related projects
- Track team performance, project milestones, and operational priorities
- Identify issues proactively and recommend practical solutions
- Assist in implementing and improving internal processes and workflows
- Prepare reports, updates, and performance summaries when required
- Ensure company standards, objectives, and expectations are consistently upheld
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, management, or project coordination role
- Understanding of social media marketing and digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Rednote (Xiaohongshu)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
- Fluent English required; Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous

About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and commercially minded Executive Operations Associate to work directly alongside the Founder and support the day to day operations of a growing multi brand business.
- This role is ideal for someone with previous leadership or management experience who is looking to broaden their business exposure and develop into a future management position.
