Key Responsibilities
- Lead microbiological testing activities including bioburden, sterility, endotoxin, environmental monitoring, and cleanroom validation to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor cleanroom hygiene programs, conduct training, and ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, CE, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Analyze microbiological data and investigate deviations/OOS results, driving corrective and preventive actions to maintain quality standards.
- Verify, validate, and continuously improve microbiological methods and processes, supporting operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and team supervision, maintaining accurate documentation, contributing to risk assessments, and mentoring microbiology personnel.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology with 4-6 years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing industry.
Strong expertise in cleanroom monitoring, environmental control, bioburden, sterility, and endotoxin testing, with knowledge of GMP, ISO, CE, and applicable regulatory standards.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience investigating OOS results, data interpretation, method validation, and risk management.
Effective leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities, with experience mentoring teams, maintaining quality documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
