Role overview
Lead the Perfect Digital Store capability as the subject-matter expert on digital shelf performance.
Partner with business-unit and international teams to turn Perfect Digital Store insights into revenue, share, and growth outcomes.
Own the end-to-end digital shelf diagnostics and execution program across priority customers and markets.
Core responsibilities
- Set the Perfect Digital Store vision, priorities, roadmap, and annual plan with international and business-unit eCommerce leaders.
- Define and maintain the Digital Shelf Measurement Framework, including tracked locations, keywords, price corridors, competitive sets, and content standards.
- Run diagnostics across assortment, availability, visibility, content, price and promotion, and ratings and reviews.
- Create prioritized execution roadmaps with owners, timelines, and expected impact.
- Embed digital shelf KPIs into joint business plans, quarterly reviews, annual operating plans, and customer performance reviews.
- Manage and coach a team of 5–6 analysts and build succession for specialist roles.
- Drive adoption of digital shelf tools, dashboards, training, best practices, and scalable playbooks.
- Govern KPI definitions, data quality, data pipelines, recurring reports, and service-level agreements.
- Lead test-and-learn initiatives and feed findings into measurement guidelines and playbooks.
