Overview
Oversee PGCS Ingredients and FP&A activities, including reporting, close, forecasting, and ad hoc business analysis.
Analyze ingredient P&L performance and revenue and COGS variances while owning PGCS COGS forecasts.
Manage a team supporting COGS activities across PGCS plants and coordinate procurement finance consolidation.
Build relationships with Senior Plant Directors and Sector Finance stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Ingredients Finance and FP&A team.
- Review performance, identify risks, and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Support forecasts, actuals, quarterly business plans, and annual plans for leadership teams.
- Prepare performance reports with commentary on variances and business performance.
- Conduct scenario analysis and provide data for decision-making.
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely reports and data submissions in line with agreed SLAs.
- Own PGCS COGS forecasts and coordinate alignment of forecasts and AOP costs across sectors.
- Drive simplification and standardization of reports and support process and technology improvements.
- Lead governance meetings and regular KPI and performance reviews.
- Participate in quarterly steering committee meetings covering strategic initiatives.
- Create an inclusive, collaborative environment and share best practices across finance teams.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a P&L.
- At least 11 years of experience in finance, planning, and/or accounting.
- CA, CMA, or MBA qualification preferred.
- Experience with BOBJ, Essbase, Power BI, Excel, and SAP.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to document maintenance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience leading a team of up to 9 to 10 members.
- Stakeholder management across different geographies.
