Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Electrical wiring
- Electrical circuits
- Control wiring
- Interpretation of electrical drawings and schematics
- Good working knowledge of:
- Pneumatic and electro-pneumatic machines
- Electrical controls and automation-related equipment
- Experience in instrument repair and development will be an added advantage.
- PLC Programming will be an added advantage. (Ladder programming )
- ISO 14001 documentation Familiarity with:
- requirements
- Safety principles, safety policies, and compliance practices
- Strong understanding and practical application of:
- 5S
- Poka-Yoke
- Kaizen
- Horizontal Deployment
- Why-Why Analysis
- Knowledge of maintenance and reliability concepts such as:
- MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
- MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
