Job Summary
Support business processes within Global Business Services.
Drive program management across governance, transition, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and governance in line with the Global Business Services operating model.
- Drive governance for Global Business Services operational plans.
- Publish operational dashboards and analyze trends for governance.
- Track execution of operational actions and report outcomes against plan.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and drive governance meetings.
- Implement the 6D methodology for process transfers.
- Manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions across people, processes, and systems.
- Escalate process risks and issues with service and operational leaders.
- Support quality management activities and regulatory or customer audits.
- Follow applicable compliance, quality, safety, environmental, and HR policies.
Education and Experience
- Minimum postgraduate qualification required.
- Postgraduate study in life sciences is preferred.
- 5–8 years of similar industry experience required.
