IT Infrastructure & Asset Management
Maintain complete records of IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, networking equipment, CCTV devices, licenses, and peripherals.
Manage asset allocation, tagging, warranty tracking, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management.
Plan and coordinate hardware procurement, upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
Hardware & End User Support
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, barcode printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure maximum uptime of all IT equipment.
Provide timely technical support to users across various departments.
Network Administration
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and structured cabling.
Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across the factory.
Maintain IP address management and network documentation.
Coordinate with Internet Service Providers whenever required.
Firewall & Cybersecurity
Configure and manage Sophos Firewall.
Monitor firewall logs, VPN connectivity, internet policies, and network security.
Implement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection, antivirus management, and security updates.
