Responsibilities
- Monitor production and packaging line performance, ensuring efficient machine operation.
- Support new project implementations, machinery installations, and trial runs.
- Prepare project-related documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Purchase departments.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHK, and food safety requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improving productivity, efficiency, and equipment performance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for major breakdowns and production losses.
- Reduce material wastage, machine downtime, and changeover losses.
- Support CAPEX projects and ensure timely completion within approved specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and relevant industry software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for project-related work.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
